Rental prices 2022

Prices include utility consumption (gas, water, electricity), excluding cleaning costs (120 EUR) and tourist tax (24 EUR). We ask for a deposit of 400 euros, which will be refunded after the stay if there is no damage.

Bedlinnen rental possible

  • Bedlinnen kingsize bed + 4 bath towels: 15 €/package

  • Bedlinnen single bed + 1 bath towel: 10 €/package

Rental periods

  • A "weekend" runs from Friday 5 pm to Monday 10 am. Arriving later or leaving earlier is of course no problem.

  • A "midweek" runs from Monday 5pm to Friday 10am.

  • A "week" runs from Monday 5 pm to Monday 10 am.


Combinations and exceptions are possible. E-mail us your preference and we will review the possibilities.

Definitions season 2021

Peak season: 01/07/22 to 01/09/22

Mid season: 31/03/22 to 30/06/22, 02/09/22 to 07/11/22
Low season: November / December / March 

Winter: Januari / Februari (excluding the Christmas holidays)

General rental conditions Maison d'Amitié

  1. An advance payment of 30% is required upon reservation. The balance and the deposit of € 400.00 must be transferred 3 weeks before arrival, mentioning your name and rentalperiod. In case of late payment the reservation will be canceled. The deposit will be refunded to you at the latest 2 weeks after your stay (less any damage or additional costs, see point 5). Attention: in case of damage the tenant (the identity of the person making the reservation) is liable for the full damage, even if it is higher than the paid guarantee.

  2. You can not smoke in the house. You may smoke outside, but we urge you not to leave cigarette butts behind.

  3. Pets are not allowed.

  4. Only the tenant and the number of persons mentioned on the rental agreement are entitled to occupy the holiday home during the indicated period. When booking, the number of adults and children will be mentioned and any subsequent change must be reported. In the event of non-compliance with the above rules, the owner has the right to remove the tenants from the house and / or to demand compensation of € 200.00.

  5. The owner reserves the right to settle an additional amount with the deposit if the house is left in a bad state. At departure, crockery, pans and cooking pots must be tidied away clean and dry. All electrical appliances must also be cleaned properly. The house is left brush clean.

  6. All waste must be taken with you on departure. You will deposit glass waste yourself in the public glass container. Residual waste (black bags) in the provided containers (see plan). You take paper and cardboard.

  7. The building is insured (with a franchise).

  8. The tenant will immediately notify us if he causes damage.

  9. Any complaints must be communicated by telephone within 12 hours of arrival. A solution will then be found as soon as possible.

  10. If the house is no longer habitable due to force majeure, the tenant will be reimbursed the rent of the period still to be rented, however without any further compensation.

  11. We can not be held responsible for any interruptions in power or water supply.

  12. The tenant has free access to cable TV, internet and all household appliances. He can therefore not claim monetary or other compensation if one of these devices is defective. He is therefore kindly requested to report any defects to the owner. We will do everything possible to repair the defect as quickly as possible.

  13. The house is located in a quiet residential area. We urge you to show respect for the neighbours between 11 pm and 8 am and not to park in front of the neighbours' garages.

  14. The home is intended for families with children and no parties allowed.
